Artwork for sale, commissions undertaken and workshops available plus bespoke framing
Our small and friendly workshops, predominantly for beginners, are available to book for up to a maximum of 8 people at a time, so that each participant gets the guidance and attention they require. One-to-one tuition is also available to book in advance.
Our fully-furnished workshop has easy access for standard wheelchairs and prams (no stairs!) and a WC and kitchen area. All workshops include refreshments and a snack to keep your energy up while you work!
Kids Art Classes
Children’s classes are available for aged 8 and above on Saturday afternoons, We practice graphite or watercolour or acrylic for ages 8 to 10 years. For those 11 years and over we practice the same and on occasion we may try oil painting. Extra classes available in school holidays for 2 hour workshops on request. Book your own small class of up to 8. Students Drinks and snack provided.
We are located at the rear of 6 High Street, Long Buckby, Northampton, on the Market Square where there is free parking. Once you have booked a class a payment link will be emailed to you as there is not yet a facility to pay on the website. This link should arrive within 24 hours of your booking. Please ensure you book the space with your child’s name not the parent or guardian name.

oil painting for beginners Tuesdays 1.30pm 5 weeks
Introduction to oil painting. Learn how to correctly mix colours using this wonderful medium with eco- friendly mediums in a small and friendly environment. Learn how to correctly draw out the composition, work out tonal values and saturation and keeping your palette clean.
We will use a reference photo and continue this study over the 5 weeks so you will take home a piece of art you will be proud of.
Includes all materials and refreshments. 2 hours per week. 1.30 pm-3.30 pm
